1. سياسة الاسترجاع

• جميع المدفوعات الخاصة بالخدمات أو المنتجات الرقمية على منصة سوشالي غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا في حالات استثنائية.
• يتم النظر في طلبات الاسترجاع فقط في الحالات التالية:
• الدفع المكرر أو وجود خطأ في الفاتورة.
• حدوث مشكلة تقنية تمنع استلام الخدمة المدفوعة ولا يمكن حلها.
• يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، مع توضيح تفاصيل الطلب وسبب الطلب.
• في حال الموافقة، يتم إعادة المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

2. سياسة الإلغاء

• يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك أو الخدمة في أي وقت من خلال لوحة حسابك.
• الإلغاء يوقف الفواتير المستقبلية، ولا يحق لك استرداد أي مبالغ عن الدورات الحالية أو السابقة.
• لأي استفسارات أو طلبات خاصة بالإلغاء، يرجى التواصل مع فريق الدعم.

• All payments for digital products and services on Socalii are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
• Duplicate payment or billing error.
• Technical issues that prevent delivery of the purchased service and cannot be resolved.
• To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase with details of your order and reason for the request.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription or service at any time from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current or previous billing cycles.
