سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

1. طرق الشحن

نوفر الشحن للمنتجات المادية داخل سلطنة عمان ودوليًا، حسب خيار الشحن المحدد عند إتمام الطلب.

المنتجات الرقمية (مثل الكروت الرقمية أو رموز QR) تُسلم إلكترونيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال لوحة تحكم الحساب مباشرة.

2. مدة تجهيز الطلب

يتم تجهيز الطلبات الخاصة بالمنتجات المادية خلال 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

المنتجات الرقمية متاحة للتنزيل أو الوصول إليها مباشرة بعد إتمام الدفع بنجاح.

3. مدة التوصيل

تعتمد مدة التوصيل للمنتجات المادية على وجهة الشحن ومزود الخدمة المختار، والتقديرات كالتالي:

• داخل سلطنة عمان: 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل
• دوليًا: 7 إلى 21 يوم عمل
• قد تتأثر مدة التوصيل بالعطل الرسمية أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة أو تأخيرات الجمارك.

4. رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب بناءً على الموقع وطريقة الشحن المختارة.

أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب إضافية على الشحنات الدولية يتحملها المستلم.

5. تتبع الشحنات

سيتم إرسال رقم تتبع إلى بريدك الإلكتروني فور شحن الطلب (للمنتجات المادية).

6. عدم الاستلام أو خطأ في العنوان

إذا تم إرجاع الطلب بسبب عنوان غير صحيح أو عدم استلام الشحنة، قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية لإعادة الشحن.

يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوانك قبل إتمام الطلب.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping for physical products within Oman and internationally, depending on the selected shipping option at checkout.

All digital products (such as digital business cards or QR codes) are delivered electronically via email or through your account dashboard.

2. Processing Time

Orders for physical products are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Digital products are available for download or access instantly after successful payment.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times for physical products depend on the destination and the shipping provider. Estimated delivery:

• Within Oman: 2–5 business days
• International: 7–21 business days
• Delivery times may be affected by holidays, unforeseen events, or customs delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any additional customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped (for physical products).

6. Non-Delivery & Wrong Address

If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping fees may apply.
